MOROCCAN FRIED VEGETABLE SALAD

3 teaspoons of maple syrup
2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons of cold water

For the lemon tahini dressing: Whisk the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, Dijon mustard and salt in a small bowl. Add cold water mix well. When the dressing thickens, mix in more cold water.
Heat oven to 400 F. Spray two baking trays with non-stick cooking spray.

Right when I thought things couldnt get any worse, I came across One Bars, the worst low-carb bars availabe. Fittingly for its name, the One Bars gets just a single star.

- 4 large whole grain or fiber tortillas
- light sour cream
