First, you’ll need to start with hot coffee. I know, I promised cold coffee, and it will be in the finished product, but for now, start the drink with hot coffee. 8oz will do the trick.
I like to use instant coffee, simply because everything else will mask the cheap coffee taste, but you can brew better coffee if you wish.
Put the 8oz of hot, brewed coffee in a large hot/cold tumbler. Stir in 1 scoop of collagen slowly until it is dissolved in the hot coffee.
Now, add ice cubes until the tumbler is about 2/3 full, and stir until the coffee is cold. Now, mix in either 2 doonks of pure stevia, or 1 T Super Sweet , whatever your taste preference + 1 scoop Whey Protein. Stir thoroughly, or shake to combine completely so there are no lumps. Fill with your choice of milk to the top and enjoy!

Making a protein iced latte or protein iced coffee is really the simplest recipe on earth. The recipe isnt as important as just the idea on making a protein coffee as well as tips to make sure it tastes right.
I wanted a healthy alternative to a mocha iced latte and this is it! I recently got an espresso machine and when I started making my own mochas I noticed just how much chocolate syrup was needed to make a mocha!
Here I was getting my own espresso machine to avoid additional ingredients and sugars you would find in cans or at coffee shops. However, I then would be adding what seemed like 1/4 a cup of chocolate syrup to make it taste like good iced mocha.

Protein powders can clump, especially when added to hot beverages like coffee. To prevent this, try adding only a little protein powder at a time while stirring continuously.
You can also use a blender, but to prevent it from cracking, make sure to remove the plastic insert on the lid to allow steam to escape. An immersion blender also works, but its best to avoid blenders that dont allow steam to escape.
