These gluten-free, non GMO bars include 8 grams of protein, which is largely derived from soy, per serving. They also come in a few flavors Almond Butter, Dark Chocolate Cocoa, and Maple Cinnamon.
They contain 220 calories and 26 grams of carbs per serving, which is definitely a bit high, although that number falls when you consider that the serving size is two bars.

How Do Rx Bars Taste
Overall I was surprised by the taste. The chocolate chip flavor that I tried was very good. It wasnt too sweet, and it had a nice texture. Many times protein bars can have a chalky texture because of the whey protein powder. This one didnt. It uses dates to bind everything together, and that did make it stick to my teeth! Besides that, though, I really had zero complaints in the flavor department. I enjoyed eating it!

For those that had the same amount of sugar per serving, which only occurred twice, we compared the added sugar in grams and the bar with more added sugar per serving is listed as the worst bar in comparison to the bar with less added sugar.
